Mappd Pro
- Mappd subscriptions default to auto-renew status. To prevent auto-renewal, Mappd Pro members may cancel at any time and maintain access through the previously paid subscription end date.
To be eligible for a refund, the account holder must meet the following requirements:
- The request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase on the Mappd Annual Pro plan
- Requests should be made to [email protected].
- Orders are non-transferable.
